Performing Comprehensive Building Assessments - $795 - 3 CEUs
Description: This intermediate course is a complement to our Principles of Green Buildings program, and it's designed to introduce students to the comprehensive building assessment process. Students will learn about conducting visual building inspections, performing diagnostic testing, determining residential building improvement opportunities in the field, documenting a home's performance, prioritizing improvements, and preparing a work scope that will guide the home owner's decision-making process for making the improvements.

This course helps prepare students for BPI Building Analyst Certification and NATE HVAC Efficiency Analyst Certification (Senior Level). Instruction aligns with ANSI/ACCA Quality Installation ? Maintenance Standards. Both BPI and NATE recognition of continuing education (30 CEHs) applicable to recertification is pending. This course allows students 90 days enrollment to complete, and they must obtain a score of 75% or higher to obtain CEH recognition.
